What this program is
Zedcor uses this program to reach its own employees with time-sensitive, work-related information. Messages are transactional and operational in nature and are sent only to individuals who are employed by Zedcor and enrolled through the company's HR and IT systems.
Types of messages
- IT and security alerts (e.g., suspicious sign-in, account lockout, MFA and password events)
- Account lifecycle notices (onboarding, access changes, offboarding/termination)
- Operational and business-continuity notices (outages, closures, emergency communications)
- HR and workplace notifications directed to employees
How employees are enrolled
Enrollment is part of employment. Contact details are collected and maintained by Zedcor HR and IT during onboarding and provisioning. Employees consent to receive work-related notifications as a condition of using company systems. No numbers are purchased, rented, or obtained from third parties.
Opt-out and help
Recipients can reply STOP to any SMS message to stop text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies and messages are event-driven. Message and data rates may apply. Full details are in the Messaging Terms.
